Lead With Integrity

Warm, values-led leadership development for people who carry the weight of others — because how you lead is how you love the people you serve.

Built on a foundation of care, safeguarding, and excellence — equipping leaders to influence with purpose and lead with integrity, at every level.

Who we are

Independent Leadership & Quality Assurance Consultancy

We walk alongside organisations, universities, health and care providers, and voluntary organisations — helping the people who lead them grow stronger, practice with confidence, and deliver care that people can feel.

  • Leadership development and mentoring
  • Reflective supervision for managers, registered managers, and students
  • Quality assurance and service improvement support
  • Health & social care training
  • Safer and technical recruitment of competent practitioners
  • Organisational diagnostics — The Leadership Game & DISC

Our leadership training helps you see leadership as stewardship — an opportunity to serve, elevate, and add value to people. When leaders treat their staff with compassion, clarity, and respect, organisations flourish: staff grow, contribute more meaningfully, and add greater value to the organisation. This leads to stronger service delivery, higher staff satisfaction, and improved retention.

Our approach

Transformational leadership through insight and action

Kemi has spent over two decades leading in health and social care — building teams, protecting the vulnerable, and shaping the leaders who come after her. As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Trainer, Speaker, and Coach, and Founder of Lead With Integrity, she blends Maxwell principles with safeguarding-led practice, trauma-informed awareness, and a genuine, people-first care for everyone she works with.

We diagnose and analyse leadership strengths and gaps using The Leadership Game and DISC — tools that help organisations understand team dynamics, identify communication styles, and set SMART objectives that lead to measurable transformation.

DISC

How can DISC help your leaders?

DISC gives leaders a mirror — showing not just what to do differently, but why certain conversations, decisions, and team dynamics feel harder than they should.

  • Understand how each leader naturally communicates, decides, and handles pressure
  • Reduce friction and miscommunication across teams and management layers
  • Match coaching and training to real behavioural style, not guesswork
  • Build a more self-aware, resilient leadership pipeline
  • Strengthen recruitment and role-fit decisions from the start
  • Create psychologically safer teams through genuine mutual understanding
The shift

What it costs to lead without support — and what changes when you have it

Where leaders get stuck
  • Making high-stakes calls with no one to think them through with
  • Second-guessing decisions to keep everyone comfortable
  • Carrying the weight of the team alone, with no space to reflect
  • Talented people stalling out for lack of direction or development
  • Capable women holding back instead of claiming the room
What coaching moves you toward
  • Clear, values-led decisions you can stand behind under pressure
  • The confidence to lead visibly, without waiting for permission
  • A trusted space for honest reflection and course-correction
  • Teams that grow, stay, and perform because they're actually led
  • A voice and vision that are unmistakably your own
Our framework

The 7 Pillars of Integrity Leadership

These pillars form the foundation of our leadership development model — equipping leaders to serve with excellence, influence with purpose, and empower others to grow.

Pillar One

Integrity as the Standard

Leaders model honesty, transparency, and ethical decision-making — the foundation of trust, safeguarding, and organisational excellence.

Pillar Two

Influence Through Service

Leadership is influence, and influence is earned through service. We cultivate servant-leaders who elevate others through empathy and empowerment.

Pillar Three

Vision With Purpose

Strengthening strategic thinking, clarity of direction, and the ability to communicate a compelling vision that inspires action.

Pillar Four

Growth Mindset & Personal Mastery

We help leaders build discipline, resilience, self-awareness, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Pillar Five

People-First Culture

Championing compassion, safeguarding, dignity, and psychological safety — environments where people feel valued and able to thrive.

Pillar Six

Communication That Connects

Leaders learn to listen deeply, speak clearly, and connect meaningfully to move people toward shared goals.

Pillar Seven

Legacy Through Empowerment

True leadership multiplies. We develop leaders who mentor, coach, and empower others — creating a legacy of growth and excellence.

Questions

DISC & training, answered

Q1

What is DISC, and how does it actually help my team?

DISC is a behavioural assessment that shows how someone naturally communicates, makes decisions, and responds to pressure. We use it to help teams understand each other's working styles, reduce friction, and communicate in a way that actually lands — so people feel understood, not managed.

Q2

Is a DISC assessment included in your leadership training?

Yes. DISC (alongside The Leadership Game) is one of our core diagnostic tools. We use the results to shape the training itself, so the sessions speak to the real dynamics in your team rather than a generic curriculum.

Q3

Who are the trainings designed for?

Managers, registered managers, students, and emerging leaders across health, social care, education, voluntary organisations, and small businesses. Sessions are tailored by role and sector, whether you're leading a team of two or two hundred.

Q4

Do you train individuals, or only organisations?

Both. Organisations book team trainings and diagnostics; individuals join 1:1 coaching, mentoring, or reflective supervision. Many clients start with one and grow into the other as needs change.

Q5

How long do the training programmes run?

It depends on the need — from a single half-day workshop to an ongoing mentoring relationship over several months. We scope this together after an initial consultation, so the format fits your team's pace, not a fixed template.

Q6

What's the difference between coaching, mentoring, and training here?

Training builds a skill or shared understanding across a group. Mentoring is an ongoing relationship focused on growth over time. Coaching is a more structured, goal-driven partnership. We often blend all three depending on where you or your team are starting from.

You don't have to lead alone

Whether you're a student finding your footing, a woman stepping into leadership, or an organisation ready to grow stronger leaders — we're ready to walk with you, with care.
